On October 7th trainer Adrian Gonzales put Carlos Condit through a grueling training session. Deep into his training program for the October 29th fight with GSP, the workout focused on the anaerobic endurance Carlos will need for the scheduled 5 round fight. Condit exceeded expectations and though he was tested by the non-stop Stair Sprints, Med Ball throws, Reverse Stair Climbs, Med Ball slams and Kettle Bell Swings, he was able to finish each of the 4 rounds in record time.
